The HLDS series of diesel forklift trucks is completely redesigned and ultra-modern in design. In terms of performance, the diesel trucks are the most efficient machines. They are used where a lot of power and endurance is needed. In addition, diesel forklifts are particularly suitable for outdoor use, as they can withstand any weather conditions. Diesel forklifts are very robustly constructed and therefore very durable. In addition to the high-quality and durable technology, the designers focused above all on user-friendliness and comfort. The result is a significantly reduced vibration load on the driver, a spacious and comfortable cabin area, as well as a modern feel that increases the driver's productivity and well-being. The wide Hanselifter range includes diesel forklifts in many different versions. Diesel forklifts of the XF series reach load capacities from 1,500 kg up to 5,500 kg and, depending on the mast variant, lift heights of up to 7,000 mm can be achieved. Our heavy-duty diesel forklifts can even lift up to 10,000 kg.

Environmentally friendly

HanseLifter diesel forklifts HLDS have specially developed engines that provide a good balance between environmental friendliness and performance. The already low fuel consumption has been reduced by another 10% and the temperature in the hydraulic circuit has also been reduced by 10 degrees. The combustion engine also features a newly designed safety air filter that effectively protects the engine even under high dust loads. Diesel forklifts generally do not achieve the same level of sustainability as electric forklifts, for example, but every effort has been made to reduce emissions as much as possible. Thanks to special filters, diesel forklifts can also be used in warehouses without risk.

Extensive equipment

The HanseLifter diesel forklifts of the HLDS series have a very extensive range of equipment as standard. Among other things, this includes an LED lighting system, load protection grids, LCD display with tank indicator, water temperature display and operating hours counter, and a robust FEM fork carriage. Diesel trucks also have auxiliary hydraulic circuits, allowing attachments to be connected and operated. Optional equipment includes, for example, a full cab with heating, additional headlights, special paint finishes and various lift masts.
