Pedestrian stacker - ideal for stacking and order picking
HanseLifter pedestrian stackers can be used universally and carry out all classic maneuvering and stacking work.
Our pedestrian stackers can be used as a pedestrian or passenger device and are ideal for transport over short and medium distances. A folding driver's platform and side bars are standard equipment on the passenger devices.
With load capacities from 1,000 kg to 1,600 kg and lifting ranges from 85 mm to 5,800 mm, our models allow you to stack your pallets multiple times on top of each other or fill and empty shelves.
High-quality mast profiles, whether single, double or triple mast with initial or full free lift and precision mast rollers are a guarantee of quality and safety.
Compact designs such as long drawbars with ergonomically shaped drawbar handles ensure safe operation and easy maneuverability, even in the tightest of spaces. Click on your pedestrian stacker and find all the necessary product descriptions and technical details in the data sheets.

Monomast forklift for optimal visibility
With the HanseLifter monomast forklifts E-DH10BF and E-DH12-BF-I you always have a clear view ahead. With the monomast installed in the middle, you always have an eye on the entire travel range up to a lifting height of 2,000 mm.
This means that these monomast forklifts can also be used ideally in busy working environments with a lot of oncoming or pedestrian traffic. If a higher working height is required, our models with duplex mast from the E-DH10-MG-E series are ideal.
Compact dimensions and a turning radius of less than 1.4m make the monomast forklifts maneuverable and agile.
Our monomast forklifts are therefore ideal for specialist and retail requirements and for handling goods in shops and supermarkets.

Versatile all-rounders in different versions
Pedestrian forklift with initial lift for easy driving on ramps, slopes and uneven surfaces. The models in the E-DH12-MG-I series are characterized by high performance data and lifting heights of 2,700 mm to 4,200 m.
In addition, the devices are equipped with many functions that operate fully automatically and make operation even safer. The travel speed is automatically reduced if the lifting height exceeds 500 mm or if the drawbar is in the rest position (up). When not in use, the device automatically switches to standby mode to conserve the batteries.
The models of the E-DH12-MG-I series with initial lift are equipped with an initial lift of 125 mm and can therefore lift and transport two pallets at the same time. The E-DH12-MG-FH series, on the other hand, is equipped with free lift and can therefore lift pallets without the mast lifting.

Electric steering for easy handling with mast versions up to 5,000 mm
The wide variety of HanseLifter pedestrian stackers with electric steering and various extras meet almost all warehouse and operational requirements. Thanks to the electric steering, easy handling is guaranteed without any effort.
In our portfolio you can choose from the E-DHD-S16 series of four duplex masts with a lifting height of up to 4,000 mm. If you need models with a low overall height and maximum lifting height, our triplex mast models from the E-DHT-S16 series are available.
With the models in the E-DHT-S16-PL series, you can choose between two triplex masts with a lifting height of up to 5,000 mm.
Picking with feed
Thanks to their mast advance, the new E-1330GS and E-1345GS reach trucks can reach places where conventional models cannot be used.
The series, which has been improved since 2017, is in no way comparable to the previous E-13GS series. With a feed rate of up to 550 mm, a maximum lifting height of 4,500 mm and a load capacity of 1,300 kg, palletized goods can be maneuvered and stored in high racks, for example.
Manually adjustable fork widths from 200 mm - 720 mm allow you to flexibly pick up your goods using special pallets, for example. The E-1345GS reach truck is equipped with a triple mast and a free lift of 1,500 mm.
The improved features such as electronic steering for easy handling, proportional lifting to determine the lifting speed, expandable hydraulic circuits for upgrading, for example, gripper arms for barrels, creep speed for slow travel and much more, are part of the standard equipment.
FAQ: pedestrian stacker
Pedestrian forklifts are one of the most important tools in modern warehousing. The most important components include the electric lifting and traction motors and the lifting mast. With a pedestrian stacker you can lift, stack and move your goods electrically. It is available as a pedestrian device or passenger device with a standing platform for the operator. The difference to other lifting and conveying devices, such as high-lift trucks, is the fully electric operation.
Pedestrian forklifts are available in many different designs for different areas of application. A distinction is made between pedestrian and passenger devices, with the latter having a standing platform for the operator. In addition to a large selection of lifting heights, load capacities and mast variants, you can choose between various functions such as free lift and initial lift. These are explained in more detail below.
As with all lifting and conveying equipment, the life expectancy of pedestrian stackers depends on the type and frequency of use. Good care and regular maintenance are also very important. On average, manufacturers give a guarantee of 3-5 years. HanseLifter offers a 5-year guarantee, but if you use it frequently, wearing parts may need to be replaced sooner. If the care and maintenance recommendations are followed, a pedestrian stacker can remain in use for well over a decade.
A good battery is crucial to the performance of a pedestrian stacker. Different batteries are installed in the different pedestrian stacker models. The most common battery types are gel batteries and lead-acid batteries, with each battery type having its own advantages and disadvantages. New to the range are pedestrian stackers with lithium-ion batteries. These are very innovative, have compact dimensions and are becoming increasingly popular on the market.
A pedestrian stacker is designed for indoor use only. Flat and solid surfaces, such as in workshops and warehouses, enable you to get the best performance from your pedestrian stacker. Due to their susceptibility to bad weather conditions, pedestrian stackers should not be used outdoors. Likewise, use in corrosive, explosive or flammable environments is strongly discouraged. Our special construction department can design specially protected devices for such environments.
When it comes to the qualifications required to operate a pedestrian stacker, a distinction is made between pedestrian and passenger devices. No special qualifications, including a forklift license, are required for pedestrian devices. However, we strongly recommend instruction from someone who is familiar with the device. A forklift license is required to operate passenger devices.
Almost all pedestrian stacker models in our large range are designed for different lifting heights. The smallest monomast units can lift to a height of 1,600 mm, while our largest triplex mast units can lift up to 5,800 mm. For most models, you can choose a maximum lifting height yourself.
Free lift stands for the height to which your goods can be raised without the mast extending. With a free lift of 1,000 mm, you can raise your goods to 1,000 mm without changing the construction height. At a height of 1,001 mm the mast begins to extend. Free lift is particularly advantageous with low ceiling heights.
Initial lift means that you can pick up and move two pallets at once with your pedestrian stacker. A pallet is picked up and lifted normally with a fork. The second pallet can then be picked up via the load arms and usually lifted up to 125 mm. Another advantage of initial lift is that the raised load arms make it easier to drive on and over slopes, ramps and thresholds.
To eliminate the risk of a bad investment, there are a few questions you should ask yourself before buying a pedestrian stacker:
- What maximum weight do you want to lift?
- To what height would you like to lift your loads?
- How big is your warehouse or location?
- What ceiling height does your hall have? Do you have to drive through low doors?
