Electronics and hydraulics

The high-quality Curtis AC technology is absolutely reliable even under the toughest operating conditions. An integrated fault memory in the lift and drive motor can simplify fault analysis by a service technician if required. The entire hydraulic system, as well as the three-phase motors, are encapsulated and insensitive to dust and moisture. Any maintenance work that may be required is thus reduced. This keeps downtime to a minimum. The components requiring maintenance are all easily accessible.

Equipment possibilities

The Hanselifter electric forklift AC-4 is available in versatile equipment variants. The most important components are included in the extensive standard equipment. These include, for example, the on-board computer with operating hours counter and self-diagnosis system, the fully parameterizable control system and a complete LED lighting system. Optional equipment includes various lift masts, a wide range of attachments and a side battery changing system. The electric forklifts are available in different versions with various load capacities up to 16,000 kg. This makes it possible to lift even the heaviest loads. The lifting height depends on the optionally selectable mast variant. Lifting heights of up to 6,500 mm can be achieved.
