The GPL - can be maneuvered over the entire lifting height
The GPL scissor lift truck combines two devices in one. On the one hand, it can be used as a scissor lift truck. Moving pallets with different loads is child's play here. On the other hand, the GPL scissor lift truck can be used as a practical lifting table. To do this, simply place a sheet steel platform included in the scope of delivery on the GPL.
Whether as a scissor lift truck or as a lifting table - the GPL promises ergonomic and back-friendly work thanks to its maximum lifting height of 830 mm. Also the maximum load capacity of 1,000 kg is not neglected and can handle a variety of different loads.
Go up faster with the speed lift
The manual scissor lift trucks JF-PU and JF-SC offer a quick lifting function that enables quick lifting to the first 200 mm with a load of up to 250 kg. This means that pallets reach the maneuvering height more easily and can be moved more quickly.
On the JF-PU scissor lift truck, the reciprocating piston is divided into three segments. In the Speedlift setting, you can achieve a maneuvering height of 200 mm in just a few strokes, depending on the load. Further lifting in the second and third segments is also quicker thanks to the subdivision, but also requires more effort than with the JF-SC scissor lift truck, which is equipped with a one-piece lifting piston. Both models lower smoothly and effortlessly using the hand lever on the drawbar handle.
Our scissor lift trucks can be freely maneuvered and easily maneuvered up to a lifting height of 200 mm. From a lifting height of 200 mm, the swivel castors are lifted from the ground and the scissor lift truck is fixed on seat bolts. This means you can work safely.
Scissor truck in special versions
The JF-NR scissor lift truck is made of V2A stainless steel and is therefore designed for weather-dependent requirements, e.g. in port operations. This scissor lift truck is also suitable for use in clean rooms and the food industry. The wheels are made of nylon. This means that the entire device is protected against chemical contamination and special hygiene requirements are met.
For particularly quick use or constant lifting and lowering, the E-JF electric scissor lift truck makes your work much easier. The E-JF has an electric lifting function, but the procedure is manual.
If you wish, you can also lift your goods manually. This is useful, for example, if the battery is empty. If you want to perform frequent lifting operations with your scissor lift truck, the E-JF is the best solution.
Variety of roles for scissor lift trucks
We offer the right roles for a wide range of requirements. The right type of role has a decisive influence on productivity and safety. Below we briefly introduce the most common role types:
Rubber rollers: Rubber rollers are particularly suitable for wet and uneven floors or ramps. In addition, they are very quiet.
Nylon wheels: Nylon wheels are a first-class solution when it comes to heavy loads on smooth floors, for example. The properties of the nylon offer good slip resistance. Nylon is also very wear-resistant to various types of chemical stress.
PU wheels: The classic among the wheels. These wheels have good traction, are abrasion-resistant and are also quiet. Even smaller uneven surfaces can be easily driven over.
