E-BF electric pallet truck - excellent design and easy handling
The E-BF electric pallet truck from Hanselifter impresses with its compact design and first-class maneuverability and agility. For this, the E-BF electric pallet truck was also awarded the reddot award in 2012. The long drawbar, the ergonomically shaped drawbar head and the low weight of the E-BF electric pallet truck actively contribute to the easy movement of the device.
Due to its low weight of only 205 kg, the E-BF electric pallet truck is ideal as a portable electric pallet truck for trucks. The E-BF electric pallet truck is equipped with an internal charger and can be charged easily and conveniently from any socket (230V/50Hz).
The multifunctional tiller head of the electric pallet truck is designed for right- and left-handed users. All controls are easy to access without having to reach around.
Work comfortably and easily thanks to lithium-ion batteries
Li-ion batteries are the future in the lifting and conveyor technology industry. They offer many advantages over conventional lead-gel batteries. With the same construction volume, lithium-ion batteries can store twice the amount of energy as lead-gel batteries. This makes the new batteries more compact and lighter. There is no need for any maintenance work relating to the battery acid. Depending on the device, the new batteries can be fully charged in up to 1.5 hours. They are also easily replaceable, so you virtually never have to stop working with your electric pallet truck. Our electric pallet trucks with lithium-ion batteries are marked "LI-ION" in the overview so that they are easy to find. Modern AC drive technology for excellent handling performance
Thanks to their encapsulated, low-maintenance three-phase traction motors, the electric pallet trucks receive optimal power and achieve a higher handling capacity and a better degree of utilization than comparable models with DC shunt technology. The E-20PL electric pallet truck impresses with a travel speed of 8.5 km/h, which can be increased to up to 12 km/h if desired. This electric pallet truck achieves particularly high handling rates when picking or loading and unloading palletized goods.

The turnover speed of electric pallet trucks is very high compared to manual pallet trucks, but the weight of the electric version is significantly higher.
Predicting the exact lifespan of an industrial truck is almost impossible. Good care and regular maintenance are important factors for a long service life. If these are carried out regularly and carefully, an electric pallet truck can remain in use for well over a decade. Different manufacturers give an average of 3-5 years guarantee. An electric pallet truck is designed for indoor use only. The optimal environment has a flat, solid surface, such as workshops and warehouses. Under no circumstances should you use an electric pallet truck in explosive, corrosive or flammable environments. For such environments you can obtain special explosion-proof or corrosion-proof devices from us. You should also not use electric pallet trucks outdoors as they are vulnerable to the weather.
No special training is required to operate an electric pallet truck. A forklift license is only required if the electric pallet truck has a passenger platform.
