BF3t pallet truck - for extra heavy pallets

The BF3t pallet truck by HanseLifter is part of the BF series and was designed for extra heavy pallets in the warehouse. With a load capacity of 3000 kg, it can lift 500 kg more than the standard BF pallet truck. The BF3t was built for long-term continuous use for industry and warehousing, to move pallets which cannot be handled by a normal pallet truck with standard load capacity. The forks of the BF3t have a standard length of 1150 mm. The fork outer distance us 540 mm.

Lifts more than most pallet trucks

The most impressive characteristic of the BF3t pallet truck model is its load capacity of 3000 kg. Because a standard pallet truck with 2500 kg is not always enough. Sometimes, pallets just weigh more. The BF3t is exactly the right pallet truck to meet these requirements. But its high load capacity is not the only reason this pallet truck is such a good choice. Its rubberised handle provides pleasant and safe handling. The reinforced tiller and the optimised frame are ideally suited for continuous use. Lubricating nipples allow easy maintenance. Practical entry markings assist with picking up pallets crossways. A 210° steering angle makes the BF3t pallet truck particularly easy to manoeuvre, with or without pallets. The BF3t pallet truck is equipped with tandem fork rollers and entry and exit rollers as standard. The pallet can be lowered in increments using the hand lever.

Roller equipment

Polyurethane (PU) rollers are quiet and abrasion-resistant. They also have excellent grip. They can easily roll over small surface irregularities. PU rollers are suitable for delicate surfaces, hard floors or on load ramps.

Is the load capacity sufficient, but the fork length is not? Then you will probably find what you are looking for in the special lengths and widths we provide for the BF. Because the BF pallet truck with a minimum 3500 kg load capacity is also available in 1500, 1800, 2000 and 2500 mm lengths.
