Forklift truck BF-TD – even sideways shuntable!

This hand forklift truck is incredible. The forks’ rollers are not arranged as tandem rollers as usual, they are arranged contra one another. The effect is that the BF-TD can drive sideways, without any difficulties. Once the hand forklift truck is pumped at its maximum, the forks’rollers hook off and a second pair can be hooked in. The drawbar can be locked with a bolt into a position to fix the forklift in a sideways position. To shunt normally, just lower the position of the forklift to the lowest stage and loose the bolt at the drawbar.
